WEST POINT, N.Y.- The Army West Point men's tennis team wrapped up day one of the West Point Invite Saturday afternoon at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center.

GAME NOTES AND HIGHLIGHTS VERSUS WAGNER

Junior David Mitchell and Sophomore Nikita Pereverzin tallied a second flight victory over Wagner's Eric Poland and Hans Owvner, 7-8.
Senior Mike Nguyen defeated Anatoliy Lashkul in two sets, 7-6, 6-0.
Senior Gregory Shannon won 7-5, 6-4 against Dale Sandy.
Freshman Dylan Simonsen defeated Hans Ohvner in three sets, 1-6, 6-2, 10-8.

GAME NOTES AND HIGHLIGHTS VERSUS SACRED HEART

Army posted a strong showing against the Pioneers in singles play.
Senior Gregory Shannon tallied his second win of the day against Cory Seltman in two sets, 6-2, 6-1.
Junior Grant Patterson defeated Bryan Einstoss in three sets, 6-4, 3-6, 10-7.
Senior Michael Sienko won 6-2, 6-4 against Christopher Sause.
Sophomore Anant Mundra defeated Lucca Casadulc in two sets, 6-1, 6-2.
