OLEAN, N.Y. - The Black Knights men's rugby team made it two wins in a row to open up the 2018 fall campaign, as the cadets took down St. Bonaventure 28-10 Friday night from the Tom and Michelle Marra Athletics Fields Complex.

Army (2-0) opened up the scoring midway through the first half with a Marco Carrabotta try to take a 7-0 lead and never looked back, as St. Bonaventure (0-1) never led in the match.

After the Bonnies added a try to make it 7-5, the Black Knights quickly answered. Jacob Ericksen extended Army's lead to 14-5 going into the half.

The second half was all Army, as the cadets clamped down defensively to secure the win. Collin Grosse and Will Miller both recorded tries to complete the scoring for the Black Knights.

GAME NOTES AND HIGHLIGHTS

The Black Knights begin the season at least 2-0 for the fifth consecutive season.
Army improved to 5-0 all-time versus St. Bonaventure in varsity play.
