Paul Peck Earns 500th Win As Army Sweeps Marist, Quinnipiac

WEST POINT, N.Y. - Army West Point Women's Tennis Head Coach, Paul Peck, captured his 500th career win today as his team swept two matches against Marist and Quinnipiac.
HOW IT HAPPENED
In the first match against Marist, Army quickly secured the doubles point as Elizabeth Gilbert and Paulina Feoli ran away with a 6-0 win playing one doubles. Maryjo Pidgeon and Anna Loureiro secured a 6-2 win at three doubles to take the point and give Army a 1-0 lead.
Julia Kelly and Pauline Feoli led the way in singles action, taking 6-1, 6-0 straight set wins at five and six singles, respecitvely.
Paige Herremans and Jenna Sabile both won their matches at one and four singles to lift Army to the 5-0 win.
Match number two on the afternoon against Quinnipiac went similarly to the first match, as Army swept the match, 4-0, to move to 13-4 on the year.
Carolyn Ahn and Justine Dondonay led off with a 6-2 win at three doubles and Cooper Jackson and Paige Herremans captured a 6-3 win at two doubles to earn a point for Army.
In singles action, Caroline Vincent and Justine Dondonay both ran away with straight set 6-0, 6-2 wins at one and four singles respectively. Paige Herremans won her third match of the day at six singles, taking a 6-3, 6-1 reuslt to clinch the match for the Black Knights.
