Army's Offense Dominates Arkansas State

UNIVERSITY PARK, Ark. --- Army West Point Men's Rugby picks up its third-straight road win of the season after dominating Arkansas State 34-12 on Saturday afternoon.
Army scored in the opening three minutes with a try from Tiaan Mosconi. Sean McNulty was successful on the conversion to make Army's lead 7-0. The Black Knights were working on defense keeping Arkansas State scoreless for the first 27 minutes of the contest. Arkansas State scored in the 27th minute cutting Army's lead to 7-5.
Michael Amberg and Matthew Meehan each added on a try before the conclusion of the first half. McNulty was successful on the second conversion, making Army's lead 19-5.
The Black Knights picked up right where they left off at the start of the second half as Max Delai and Meehan each recorded a try (29-5). Arkansas fought back with a try and conversion in the 83rd minute cutting Army's lead to 29-12. Collin Grosse added one more try in the final seconds of the match for a final score of 34-12.
