Trio of Black Knights Take Home Patriot League XC Awards

BETHLEHEM Pa. – Three Black Knights brought home Patriot League awards the league announced Tuesday morning.
Erick Lara won Men's Runner of the Week, Claire Lewis won Women's Runner of the Week, and Adam Furman won Men's Rookie of the Week after an impressive showing at the Maine Invitational.
Lara laced second in the event with a time of 24:36.0 in the season opener. Furman came in ninth place in the event with a time of 25:22.82.
Lewis won the Maine Invitational with a time of 17:43.
The Black Knights will be back in action on Friday at the Iona Meet of Champions.
