Kim Impressive at Jackson T. Stephen's Cup

OKLAHOMA CITY – Senior Josh Kim competed at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup at the Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club earlier this week and finished in a tie for 11th on the individual leaderboard.

Kim went up against some of the top-ranked players in the nation and finished ahead of them with a three-round score of 5-over par. He was in the hunt after 36 holes on day one of the tournament with an even-par 70 in round one, followed by a 2-over par 72 in the second half of the day.

Heading into the final round, he was in the top 10, and carded a 3-over 73 to finish 5-over for the tournament. Kim ended up six strokes back from the leader.

Kim and the Black Knights are back on the course this coming week at the Kapolei Invitational, which starts on Oct. 29 in Hawai'i.
