BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Army West Point Men's Swimming & Diving freshmen Johnny Crush and Jack McDaniel earned recognition as this week's Patriot League Men's Swimmer of the Week and Men's Diver of the Week respectively after helping the Black Knights deliver a decisive win over Bucknell on Saturday.
"Coming off a great training camp it was great to get back to competition," said Director of Swimming & Diving Brandt Nigro. "Congratulations to Johnny on his fifth Men's Swimmer of the Week Award and a huge shoutout to Jack for not only picking up his first-ever collegiate win this past weekend versus Bucknell, but also for earning this honor. Go Army!"
The Black Knights defeated the Bison with team scores of 209-89 in Army's second to last Patriot League dual meet before the league Championships in February.
