Jimin Jung Named Patriot League Men’s Tennis Player of the Week

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – After a strong performance on Sunday and helping lead Army to a pair of victories, freshman Jimin Jung was named the Patriot League Men's Tennis Player of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Jung, a native of Cary, N.C., opened his Sunday with a 7-5, 1-6, 6-2 win in the No. 2 singles spot to clinch the 4-1 team victory for the Black Knights. He followed that with a 6-0, 7-5 win in the No. 2 singles spot in Army's win over Fairfield.
Jung is 3-0 in singles this season, playing all his matches in the top two spots.
The Black Knights travel to Orlando, Fla., this weekend for a Saturday night showdown against Air Force at the USTA National Campus. First serve is set for 5 p.m.
