Women’s Rugby Announces 2026 Sevens Schedule

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point women's rugby unveiled its 2026 spring sevens schedule on Thursday. The Black Knights will compete in four events, with the CRAA National Championship capping the season off at the end of April.
"Building on a great 15s season, we're excited to kick off 7s," said Penny Anderson Women's Rugby Head Coach Jenn Salomon-Clayton. "We have some great competition ahead of us and it's a tremendous opportunity to develop across the board and see people step up. We can't wait to get out there!"
All of the Black Knights contests will come on the road, with Army will kicking things off on March 21 with a matchup against Brown. The following week, Army will travel to play against Sacred Heart.
On April 3-4, Army will travel to Tampa for a two-day tournament with Tropical 7s. The regular season will wrap up on April 12, as the Black Knights play Quinnipiac.
The CRAA National Championships will be on April 25-26 in Indianpolis.
Last season, Army finished fourth in the CRAA National Championships, which was the programs best finish in sevens play.
