Madison Cifra enters her first season on the Army staff in 2026, serving as the Director of Football Recruiting. Cifra oversees the comprehensive day-to-day logistical and operational framework of the Black Knights' recruiting division.
In her role on the Banks of the Hudson, Cifra is responsible for visit coordination, prospect communications strategies, travel logistics, and managing the overall on-campus experience for prospective cadet-athletes and their families.
Cifra arrived at West Point from the ACC, where she served as a football recruiting intern at Boston College. During her tenure with the Eagles, she assisted in the execution of on-campus recruiting operations, specializing in official and unofficial visits, game-day fan experiences, and prospect engagement campaigns. She also played a pivotal role in designing promotional materials that highlighted the program's unique team culture and values.
Parallel to her time in Chestnut Hill, Cifra worked as an athletic supervisor at Bunker Hill Community College. In that capacity, she spearheaded game-day sports operations, managed departmental social media content, and directed various student-athlete engagement initiatives.
Cifra earned her Bachelor of Science degree in sports and movement science with a minor in business administration from Salem State University. She is currently continuing her education by completing a Master of Science in sports administration at Boston College.
