Xavier Daly enters his first season on the Army West Point staff in 2026, serving as the Director of Football Creative Video Content.
In his role on the Banks of the Hudson, Daly leads all creative video production efforts for Black Knights football. He is responsible for generating dynamic and engaging multimedia content tailored for the program's official social media channels, recruitment presentations, and in-stadium video boards on game days at Michie Stadium.
Daly arrived at West Point with a comprehensive background in sports media production, storytelling, advanced editing, and visual effects. His professional experience includes production work with major national sports networks and media brands, including ESPN, CBS Sports, and Ballislife.
A graduate of Montclair State University, Daly earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in sports communications. During his collegiate career, he was named to the Dean's List for academic excellence and was honored as the recipient of the Phil Pepe Scholarship Award.
