WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's rugby team closed out its three-match home stand with an emphatic 64-0 victory over West Virginia on Saturday afternoon from the Anderson Rugby Complex.

The Black Knights improve to 3-0 on the season and 2-0 in Rugby East contests, while West Virginia falls to 0-3 overall and 0-2 in Ruby East.

ARMY HIGHLIGHTS AND GAME NOTES

Army moves to 2-0 all-time against the Mountaineers.
This was the first shutout of the season for the Black Knights.
Dan Dougherty, Jamison Geracci, Alec Smith, John Royston, Michael McTiernan, Hayden Cross and Torran Raby were penciled into the starting lineup for the first time this season.
Cross and Raby made their 2016 season debut.
Sophomores Jordan Jurosic and Rob Niscior made their 15s career debut after entering the match as reserves.
