Villanova Opn Results
WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's track and field team had a strong showing at both the Villanova Open and Penn State National Invitational.
ARMY HIGHLIGHTS AND GAME NOTES
Track Events: Villanova Open
- Jackson Hohlt kicked off the day in the 400-meter dash placing 19th with a time of 51.51s.
- Alex Combs led the way in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:57.72. He is joined by Liam Neary who finished 11th with a time of 1:57.72.
Field Events: Villanova Open
- The lone field competitor in the field events was Kenneth Brinson. Brinson placed fifth in the weight throw with a distance of 18.13 meters.
Track Events: Penn State National Invitational
- The men's distance medley finished third with a time of 10:09.37.
Field Events: Penn State National Invitational
- Lee Bares was the lone cadet to participate in the field events. Bares placed fifth in the pole vault reaching 5.06 meters to match his season best.
