COACHES CORNER
- Head Coach Kevin Ward – "We knew it was going to be a tough dual meet coming in to it. I think with us wrestling six freshmen in the lineup with a couple of guys out hurt or sick that we were going to have to be tough in every match. I was proud that we gave ourselves a chance to win, but it's one that you feel like you gave it away in a few matches that you had won. Give Bucknell credit. They stayed in matches when I felt like we should've had it well taken care of. They found a way to win some late in matches that won the dual meet for them."
- "For us, we haven't thought of that next matchup yet. We wanted to see our guys perform, and we learned some tough lessons in this dual meet. If you don't finish out positions, periods or matches that bad things will happen to you. That happened to us. I felt like we outwrestled people for six and a half minutes and found a way to lose a match. It's a painful lesson to learn, but I'd rather learn it now than in March."
