FIELD EVENTS
"The hammer women did a nice job today. Although spring break is a break from school it is not a break from training and we have been able to work pretty hard in the weight room this week. The trade off is that some people are going to struggle with the workload relative to high level of competition. The hammer group handled themselves pretty well. Those women will throw pretty far when it is all said and done. Maybe the women's highlight today was the 3000-meter steeplechase performance by Coletti. She showed no signs of struggle in running the number two all-time performance at the academy. She is getting comfortable with the event and will get better from here. The majority of our team competes tomorrow in what will be a very competitive meet."
UP NEXT:
Army will continue action at the Spring Break Collegiate Classic with action kicking off with the field events at 9 a.m., (12 p.m., ET) and the track events at 12 p.m., (3 p.m., ET).
