PRINCEVILLE, Hawaii - The Army West Point golf team wrapped up round one of the seventh annual Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational and sits tied for 17th.
The Black Knights finished with a team score of 294 (+6). Pepperdine is the team leader at 15-under after day one.
TOURNAMENT NOTES
The teams are back on the course tomorrow for round two in Princeville.

TOURNAMENT NOTES
- Rookie Sam Yom was Army's top performer in round one by shooting an even par 72 and is tied for 41st.
- Team captain Nick Turner shot a 1-over 73 in round one, while Andrew Watts carded a 74 for the first 18 holes of the invitational.
- Josh Seple of Ole Miss is a top the individual leaderboard after shooting a 7-under 65.
The teams are back on the course tomorrow for round two in Princeville.
