Black Knights Open Postseason At Home

WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Army West Point women's rugby team learned its postseason fate this week, as the Black Knights (3-4, 2-2) will get to stay home and take on Norwich this Saturday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. from the Anderson Rugby Complex.Â
The Black Knights will take part in the NIRAÂ Conference quarterfinal match after having their final two regular season contests (Quinnipiac, Air Foce) canceled. The last time Army took the field was a 21-14 win over Notre Dame College on Oct. 19.Â
Norwich (5-3, 5-3) is coming off a 56-20 loss to Notre Dame College on Nov. 3.Â
The four NIRA quarterfinal games will all played on Nov. 10, with the winners moving on to semifinal play, Nov. 16. The championship game will be played on Nov. 18.
