Army Heads to Massachusetts for Weekend Slate

BOSTON, Mass. - The Army West Point men's tennis team heads to Boston on Friday to face both Boston University and Lehigh in their final Patriot League matchup of the season. The Cadets will take on the Terriers first with a 12 p.m. start on Friday, followed by a match against the Mountain Hawks on Saturday at 12 p.m.

- The Black Knights recently defeated Wagner, 4-0 last weekend before dropping a close match to Monmouth, 4-3.Â
- Army is entering the matchup undefeated in Patriot League play, after sweeping their last four league opponents.Â
- In their last meeting in 2017, the Cadets earned a 4-1 victory against both Boston U and Lehigh.Â
- The Terriers are coming off a four-match winning streak, after defeating UCONN, Sacred Heart, Fordham, and Navy.
- They earned their first conference win of the season against Navy (Mar. 25), with a close 4-3 victory in Annapolis.Â
- Recently defeated conference foe Bucknell, 4-3 (Apr. 11)
- The Mountain Hawks are currently 2-2 overall in the Patriot League, after dropping matches to Navy, and Colgate.Â
