Army Completes Windon Classic on Monday

Final Leaderboard

LAKE FOREST, Ill. - The Army West Point golf team wrapped up their second tournament of the fall and finished 16th at the Windon Memorial Classic, hosted by Northwestern.

The Black Knights finished with a team score of 916 through the two-day event. Marquette came from fourth place on the final day to take home the victory with a 4-under tournament total.

TOURNAMENT NOTES

Justin Williamson finished in a tie for 47th place with a final score of 70-76-78—224 (+8).
Matt Plunkett ended up 55th on the leaderboard, shooting a 71-76-79—226 (+10) over the three rounds.
James McKee carded a 77-77-79—233 (+17) to place in the top three among the Black Knights competing.
UC Davis' Thomas Hutchison stayed on top of the leaderboard both days and won the individual title with a 11-under tournament for a total score of 205.
