Army Finishes Second Round of Hoakalei Invitational

ROUND 2 RESULTS

EWA BEACH, Hawai'i – In the second round of the Hoakalei Invitational, the Army West Point golf team dropped to 19th on the leaderboard.

The Black Knights finished with a team score of 303 (+15) in round two and a total score of 594 (+18). Louisville and East Tennessee State share the lead heading into the final round on Wednesday with a team score of 14-under. Louisville fired a 277 (-11) as a team to jump up the leaderboard. San Diego's Harrison Kingsley and East Tennessee State's Shiso Go share the lead at 8-under par.

TOURNAMENT NOTES

Dragon Theam, who was playing as an individual, fired a 1-under par 71 for the Black Knights, which was the team's lowest score of the day.
Theam made five birdies during his round and he is tied for 50th on the leaderboard.
Gunnar Doyle is also tied with Theam in 50th with a second round 76.
Williamson finished his second round with 3-over par 75 and is in a tie for 55th.
Doyle and Tom Katsenes each carded a 4-over par 76.

The Black Knights are back on the course tomorrow at Hoakalei Country Club for the final round.
