WEST POINT, N.Y. –Army opened the 2020 spring season with a 7-0 setback to a talented Harvard squad on Saturday afternoon. The Black Knights return to action tomorrow at 10 a.m. vs. Purdue.

"Nationally-ranked Harvard play extremely well today," said head coach Jim Poling. "Doubles was very solid for us as we split two and three. Gorshien and Huttepain won at three then we lost the number one for the deciding match, 10-5, in the breaker. Diego Huttepain and Nikita Larichev both lost in tie breakers in the third. A loss is a loss, but we fought like the warriors we want these guys to be."
