September 16, 2025 | Women's Soccer
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Army West Point women's soccer senior Brigid Duffy was named to the TopDrawerSoccer Women's Team of the Week as announced on Sept. 16. For Duffy, this is the first time for the 2025 season that she has been named to a weekly team and the second weekly award she has earned this week after being named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week.
Duffy appeared and started in both Black Knights victories this past week, playing a crucial role. During Army's first game of the week against North Texas, Duffy recorded first brace of the season and second of her career. She also netted her team leading third game-winning goal to help secure a 3-1 victory. The New York native followed up her success netting her 22nd goal of her career against Princeton on Sunday afternoon. With the goal, she earned her 50th and 51st points of her Army women's soccer career. She also moves two goals away from top 10 in program history in career goals. Duffy was named to the Patriot League Preseason All-Patriot League team, and this is her third Patriot League Weekly Award of her career.
