Cooke and Follenweider Named CSC Academic All-District Selections

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point women's soccer seniors Bella Cooke and Jordan Follenweider both were selected to the College Sport Communicators Academic All-District Team as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
For the pair, this is their first selection to the team after being main contributors for the Black Knights this past season. Follenweider has also been selected as a CSC Academic All-America finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. Academic All-America teams will be announced on Dec. 17.
On the pitch, Cooke appeared in 21 games and finished with a team second best seven assists and two goals. Follenweider was a crucial component to the Black Knights backline helping the Black Knights to five clean sheets all coming in conference play and was a Patriot League All-First Team Selection.
Cooke holds a 3.830 grade-point average while majoring in international affairs foreign policy and security studies with honors and hopes to branch aviation, while Follenweider holds a 3.536 grade-point average, majoring in system engineering with honors.
