Antwiler Earns NCAA Smallbore Bid, First Under Dempster

In Saturday's NCAA qualifying match, sophomore Addison Antwiler delivered for a second straight season. She led the field, claiming the individual aggregate title with an outstanding 1,176 (587 smallbore, 589 air rifle). Antwiler's 587 in smallbore topped the competition, while her 589 in air rifle tied for third overall, capping a championship-caliber performance.

With her 587 in smallbore, Antwiler earned selection to the NCAA Rifle Championships in the discipline marking Army's first smallbore qualifier since Claudia Sigel represented the Black Knights at the 2022 NCAA Rifle Championship and the first under head coach Leighton Dempster.

Last season, Antwiler competed at the NCAA Rifle Championships in air rifle, making this her second consecutive year qualifying for collegiate rifle's premier event.
