DORADO, Puerto Rico – Army West Point golf collected an eighth-place team finish on Tuesday afternoon at the Dorado Beach Collegiate. The Black Knights were led by sophomore Tyson Sparks with a top 20 individual finish at the tournament. Sparks finished in 19^th place with a 77-72-68-217 (+1).

Army earned a team -2 in the third round, which ranked among the tournament's lowest team rounds. Additionally, the Black Knights secured a tie in eagles+ with two for the tournament. Notably, junior Drew Jeffords earned a hole in one on hole No.17 in the first round of the tournament. Sophomore Tyson Sparks, junior Drew Jeffords and senior Rob Ferris all shot at least one round under par, with Sparks earning a 68(-4) in the third round, ranking ninth for. all time low in a round in program history. Ferris finished tied for second most pars in the tournament with 41 total across the three rounds.
