No. 13/13 Women’s Lacrosse to Play Fairfield in NCAA First Round

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point women's lacrosse will play Fairfield in the NCAA First Round at Homewood Field in Baltimore, Md., on Friday May 6 at 6 p.m. as announced by the NCAA D1 Women's Lacrosse Championship Sub Committee on ESPN on Sunday evening. For the Black Knights this is their second consecutive trip to the NCAA tournament and third overall.
Army has seen the Stags before this season, playing host in an early season match up at Michie Stadium. The Black Knights came away with a 15-8 victory and hold a 2-0 all-time series record against Fairfield.
