Hockey Places 20 on 2025-26 Atlantic Hockey America All-Academic Team

BOSTON, Mass. – Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) announced their 2025-26 All-Academic Team on Wednesday afternoon and Army West Point hockey saw 20 of its team members receive recognition for their work both in the classroom and on the ice during the 2025-26 season.
The AHA All-Academic Team honors student-athletes who earned at least a 3.0 GPA for both semesters in the 2025-26 academic year while the conference's Student-Athletes of the Year earn recognition for recording a 4.0 GPA over the 2025-26 academic year.
The Black Knights' 20 members on the AHA All-Academic topped last year's total of 15 members that received recognition from the league.
Noah Alvarez, Billy Batten, Jacob Biron, JJ Cataldo, Liam Chapman, Joey Dosan, Kareem El-Bashir, Sam Groebner, Nik Hong, Ben Ivey, Jack Ivey, Brent Keefer, Jacob Ligi, Lucas McCloskey, Pierce Patterson, Vincent Salice, Sean Vlasich, Dylan Wegner, Barron Woodring, and Easton Zueger represented Army on the AHA All-Academic Team.
Juniors Hong, Salice, Woodring, and Zueger received All-Academic Honors from the conference for all three seasons with Army. Senior Sean Vlasich graduates having received All-Academic honors twice, while five of the Black Knights' six freshmen earned recognition in their first season.
Seven of Army's sophomores earned a spot on the conference's list for the 2025-26 season with Ben Ivey, Jack Ivey, Dylan Wegner, JJ Cataldo, Sam Groebner, and Noah Alvarez receiving All-Academic honors last season.
