August 26, 2026 | Athletics
WEST POINT, N.Y. — The Army West Point Athletics Association will continue the long-standing tradition of hosting Spirit Luncheons presented by USAA throughout the 2026 Football season – kicking off Thursday, September 3, at the West Point Club (603 Cullum Road).Â
Â
Fans are invited to join head coach Jeff Monken and director of athletics Tom Theodorakis to learn more about the upcoming battle and an inside look to Army Athletics.Â
Â
"This Spirit Lunch tradition is a means of engaging and forging connections between the West Point Community, our fans and the cadet-athletes," said Tom Theodorakis, Army West Point Athletic Association Director of Athletics. "These events stimulate the passion everyone has for West Point and the teams and cadets that represent the United States Military Academy."
The Spirit Luncheons will be moderated by Rich DeMarco, the voice of Army Athletics and also will include appearances by the USMA spirit band, the Rabble Rousers and Black Jack. Each luncheon also will highlight two other Army Athletics programs. Head coaches of featured teams will join the events to share program insights and spotlight cadet-athlete success.
Â
The Spirit Luncheon series will follow the Black Knights' 2026 football schedule, beginning with the September 5 season opener against Bryant and continuing through the annual Army-Navy Game presented by USAA in December.
Doors open at 11 a.m. and each luncheon will begin at 12 p.m. Tickets are available for $20 on the West Point Club website.
