Football’s Poloskey Named NFF Campbell Trophy Semifinalist

IRVING, Texas – Army West Point football senior tight end Parker Poloskey has been named one of 206 semifinalists 2026 William V. Campbell Trophy®, college football's premier scholar-athlete award, by the National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame.
Celebrating its 37th year, the Campbell Trophy® recognizes an individual as the absolute best football scholar-athlete in the nation for his combined academic success, football performance and exemplary leadership. The award is often referred to as the "Academic Heisman."
Collectively, the award's 206 semifinalists garner a 3.64 average GPA.
Poloskey is an Engineering Management major. Since the start of the 2025 season, the Boca Raton, Fla. native has started each game at tight end for the Black Knights.
A season ago, Army linebacker Andon Thomas was named one of 16 finalists. Army joined Notre Dame, Texas, and Oregon as the only universities to produce two or more Campbell Trophy finalists over the previous three seasons. Linebacker Leo Lowin was also a finalist in 2023.
