Men's Tennis Concludes Day Two of Shootout

West Point, N.Y.- The Army West Point men's tennis team concluded their final day of the West Point Shootout Sunday afternoon facing St. Johns and Fairfield from the Lichtenberg Tennis Center.
ARMY HIGHLIGHTS AND GAME NOTES VS ST. JOHNS
- It was a successful day of singles play for the Black Knights, after Senior Michael Nguyen clinched his second victory of the weekend 6-3, 6-2 against St. John's Luka Susevic.
- Freshman Dylan Simonsen also defeated St. John's Ogrger Trejght, 2-6, 6-4.
- In the sixth flight, Sophomore Anant Mundra defeated Frederico Ruiz in three sets, 7-6, 7-2, 6-3.
ARMY HIGHLIGHTS AND GAME NOTES VS FAIRFIELD
- In the first flight, Myles Conlin secured a win against Brad Orban in three sets, 3-6, 7-6, 10-6.
- Dylan Simonsen claimed another Army victory after he defeated Anthony Caputo in two sets, 6-3, 6-3.
- Anant Mundra won 6-7, 7-5, 6-3, 10-3 against Jeffrey Rodgers.
Army will be back in action on Sept. 30, hosting the Black Knight Invite.
