Army Set to Compete in Black Knight Invite

West Point, N.Y.- The Army West Point men's tennis team will travel to Poughkeepsie, N.Y. on Saturday, Sept. 30 for the first day of the Black Knight Invite.
Four teams are set to compete, including Army, Marist, St. Bonaventure, and Drexel. Army will face Marist in singles play at 9 a.m., followed by doubles against Drexel at 1 p.m.
The event will return to West Point on Sunday, Oct. 1 at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center starting at 9 a.m. Play will consist of two rounds of singles, and four rounds of doubles matches.

ARMY
- Senior Michael Nguyen returns after competing in the Oracle ITA Masters in Malibu, Calif. last weekend.
- Nguyen finished with a record of 14-4 overall last season, and was 3-1 in Patriot League play.
- Junior David Mitchell followed with a record of 10-5 last spring, and was undefeated in Patriot League play.
