PALO ALTO, Calif.- The Army West Point men's tennis team closed out their three-match slate from the West Coast with an impressive 4-3 win over the University of San Francisco on Tuesday night.

The Cadets were successful in singles play, taking three out of six matches against the Dons. Juniors David Mitchell and Grant Patterson clinched the doubles point for the Black Knights, with a 6-4 victory over Ryan Marker and Marco Barretto.

Army now improves to 8-9 on the season, while the Dons fall to 3-9 overall.
