Rabble Rousers Finish Ninth in National Cheerleaders Association College Nationals

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Army West Point Rabble Rousers wrapped up their 2022-23 season at the National Cheerleaders Association College Nationals. Army competed in the two-day competition, finishing ninth with a score of 90.6829. The University of Missouri finished first with a score of 96.4028. East Carolina University and the University of Michigan finished second (96.1852) and third (95.8958) respectively.
How it Happened
The Rabble Rousers participated in the Intermediate Large Coed Division IA. Army was one of ten schools that competed in the division.
In the finals, Army posted a score of 92.29, improving their prelim score and moving the team from tenth to ninth place.
The Black Knights earned a final score of 90.6829, which included a 5.50 deduction. The Black Knights finished behind Georgia Tech (91.6481.70), and Kansas State (92.0). Army finished ahead of Air Force (90.5996).
