Final Results

KAPOLEI, Hawai'i – The Army West Point golf team finished the Kapolei Invitational on Thursday and placed 10th after the three-day tournament at Kapolei Golf Club.

The Black Knights were 9-over as a team on the final day and 22-over for the tournament. Miami University (Ohio) won the team title as the only squad that finished under par. The Redhawks finished at 7-under, which was 13 strokes ahead of second place. Utah Valley's Dane Huddleston earned the individual title at 6-under.

TOURNAMENT NOTES
• John Heckel Jr. finished with another even par round on Thursday to move into a tie for 15th on the leaderboard.
• He carded back-to-back even par rounds to close out the tournament.
• Heckel Jr. concludes the fall season with seven rounds of even par or better for the Black Knights in three tournaments played.
• Dragon Theam also claimed the 15th-place spot with Heckel Jr. at 3-over for the tournament.
• Theam posted a 3-over 75 on his final day in Hawai'i.
• Josh Kim fired a 1-over 73 in the last round and moved up to 30th on the leaderboard.

The Black Knights conclude the fall season and will be back in action in late February at the Dorado Beach Collegiate.
