Duffy & Henry Claim Offensive Player and Rookie of the Year; Women’s Soccer Sees Conference Best Eight Named to All-Patriot League Teams

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Army West Point women's soccer earned a conference leading eight All-Patriot League honors, as announced by the conference on Friday, Oct. 31. The Black Knights are led by two major award winners in Brigid Duffy and Sophia Henry, who earned Offensive Player and Rookie of the Year awards.
 
Army's eight selections to all-conference teams are the most from a singular team this season and ties a program record selection, which was last achieved in the 2020 season. Duffy becomes the first Black Knight since Erynn Jones in 2020 to earn Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year accolades and the fifth overall. Henry is the second straight Black Knight to earn Rookie of the Year, after current sophomore Bella Conti won it a season ago and the sixth in program history.
 
Patriot League First Team
Brigid Duffy/Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year/Senior/Queensbury, N.Y.
Duffy played a crucial role for the Black Knights all season long. The senior midfielder has now made an All-Patriot League team in three consecutive seasons. The New York native leads the Patriot League in goals (13), points (27), shots (77) and game-winners (7). On top of this, she ranks in the top 10 in the country in shots and goals, while leading the country in game-winning goals. She was named the Patriot League offensive player of the week on two occasions this season.
 
Jordan Follenweider/Senior/Jacksonville, Fla.
Follenweider has played significant minutes for the Black Knights on the back line this season, starting in all games she has been eligible to appear in and accumulating 1403 minutes. The senior defender has been named the Patriot League defensive player of the week on three occasions this season. The Florida native has helped Army to five shutouts, all coming in Patriot League victories. She additionally added a game-winning goal at Central Connecticut and two assists, including one in the Star Match.
 
Sophia Henry/Patriot League Rookie of the Year/Freshman/Springfield, Va.
Henry was a key component to the Black Knights success, accumulating nine goals to lead all Patriot League newcomers and ranked second in the conference behind fellow teammate senior Brigid Duffy. Henry is the second straight Black Knight to earn the major award after sophomore Bella Conti won it a season ago. The Virginia native, finished with two braces and 20 points and one game-winning goal. She was named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week on six occasions breaking the single season record set by Army West Point's Kimberly An in 2010.
 
Patriot League Second Team
Bella Conti/Sophomore/Allentown, N.J.
Conti appeared in 12 games on the pitch for the Black Knights, after missing the first month due to injury. She has been named to an All-Patriot league team in both of her seasons at West Point. The sophomore finished with seven points on seven assists, playing a crucial rule in the Black Knights 11 wins in the regular season. Additionally, the New Jersey native, secured two games with two assists in Patriot League matches.
 
Grace Pohlidal/Sophomore/Edina, Minn.
The sophomore has a breakdown campaign on the pitch for Army, accumulating four goals and one assist. Her four goals rank fourth on the team. Notably, Pohlidal scored both of Army's goals against arch rival Navy in the Star Match on Oct. 10. The Minnesota native secured 1406 minutes played and 27 shots playing and starting in all 18 matches for the Black Knights.
 
Patriot League Third Team
Sabrina Rogers/Junior/Brentwood, Calif.
The junior forward played in 1273 minutes on the pitch, appearing and starting in all 18 games for Army. She netted five goals with two assists for 12 points. Additionally, Rogers scored two goals against Maine on Aug. 31 for her first career brace, with the second goal coming in the 90th minute. She is fourth among all Black Knights with 31 and scored her first game-winning goal at Lafayette on Oct. 18.
 
Cami Silvestro/Senior/Voorhees, N.J.
The senior earned her third consecutive Patriot League Third Team selection, playing in 1071 minutes and 17 games in the 2025 regular season. The New Jersey native scored two goals and earned three assists for seven points. On Oct. 15 she scored a long-range goal from way outside the box in a 2-0 victory over the Bucknell Bison. Silvestro has taken 19 shots with eight on net for a .421 shot on goal percentage.
Daisy West/Sophomore, Fort Montgomery, N.Y.
The sophomore defender starred on the backline in her first season on the banks of the Hudson river. She was named the Patriot League defensive player of the week on Sept. 9 after scoring a goal at Lehigh and taking five shots over two games. The Fort Montgomery, N.Y. native, finished with two goals, scoring her first collegiate goal and the first of the season for the Black Knights at Manhattan on Aug. 17. She also secured an assist against Navy in the Star Match on Oct. 10 and finished with 11 shots.

The Black Knights finished the regular season with an 11-5-2 record and for the third consecutive season under Head Coach Tracy Chao with at least 10 wins. Army will open the Patriot League Postseason as the No. 3 seed and will host No.6 Loyola Maryland on Sunday, Nov. 2 at Malek Stadium. First touch is scheduled at 1 p.m.
