Army West Point Athletics

From the Desk of AD #31
December 23, 2025 | General
I'm writing from Boston, Massachusetts, where our football team is preparing to take on UConn in the Wasabi Fenway Bowl. The city of Boston and the bowl organizers have done a tremendous job delivering a first-class experience - along with a timely reminder that this kind of weather builds leaders of character :)
Â
As we close out the year and head into the holiday season, Robyn and I want to wish the entire Army West Point family a happy, healthy, and restful holiday season. We are deeply grateful and truly honored to be part of such an extraordinary community.
Â
I am thankful for the relationships, collaboration, and shared successes that defined this year, and I am incredibly proud of what our cadet-athletes, coaches, and staff accomplished. We competed with toughness, integrity, and pride, earning meaningful wins on and off the fields of friendly strife. These accomplishments reflect the foundation of our Athletics Fruits of Victory Strategic Plan - a commitment to competitive excellence, leader development, and an environment that empowers our cadet-athletes to thrive.
Â
At the same time, there is always room to improve, and that responsibility starts with me. We must continue to raise our standards, challenge one another, and find new ways to enhance the experience for our cadet-athletes and the entire Army Athletics community.
Â
As we look ahead to the New Year, our mission remains clear: to develop leaders of character prepared to lead our Nation's Army. Winning on and off the field is not mutually exclusive - it remains our expectation.
Â
Here's to celebrating the season, recharging, and looking forward to a bright and successful year ahead. Cheers to health, happiness, and continued connection.
Â
Finally, please keep in your thoughts those deployed in harm's way, as well as their families back home.
Â
Thank you for your commitment, belief, and continued support of Army Athletics. The best is still ahead.

Army-Navy Game presented by USAA
Â
While the result was not what we wanted, I am proud of how our team fought and competed until the final whistle. The Army–Navy Game presented by USAA drew 7.8 million viewers on CBS, reinforcing its place as America's Game and one of the most meaningful rivalry in the world.
Â
Moving forward, we will continue to work closely with our partners and our counterparts in Annapolis to ensure this game is protected, elevated, and that its story is shown on a national stage. Below are links to additional media coverage, GoArmyWest Point content, videos, and moments that capture the pride, passion, and sentiment surrounding this historic game.

Army West Point Athletics and Nike Extend Partnership
Army West Point Athletics and Nike have agreed to a 10-year extension of their long-standing apparel and footwear partnership, continuing a relationship that has outfitted our cadet-athletes for over two decades. This renewed agreement expands Nike's support across all 30 Army West Point intercollegiate programs and enhances its involvement in the annual Army-Navy Game uniform reveal and promotional efforts-one of college football's most unique traditions. Through this partnership, our teams will benefit from advancements in performance technology and a strategic approach to elevating the Army Athletics brand on both national and global stages.
