WEST POINT, N.Y. — Junior third baseman Ashton White received another postseason honor on Thursday, being named to the Eastern Athletic College Conference (ECAC) 2025 Division I Softball All-ECAC Team.
The Alabama native receives the honor for the first time in her career, becoming the fourth player in program history to be named to the honor. Others to receive the honor before White include Michelle Schmidt (1992), Nicki Robbins (2001-02), Veronica Lauzon (2005) and Kasey McCravey (2015).
The junior finished the season leading the team during the regular season in nearly every offensive category, including a .389 batting average, 1.000 OPS, .568 slugging percentage, 74 hits, 14 doubles, 21 extra-base hits, and 42 RBIs. She also posted a .432 on-base percentage, added 33 runs and drew 14 walks.
Alongside the All-ECAC honor, White also became the fifth player in program history to earn Patriot League Player of the Year honors—the first since 2016. She joined a distinguished group that includes Colleen McCabe (1991), Paula Bostwick (1992), three-time winner Nicki Robbins (2000–02), and Kasey McCravey (2016).
