Women’s Rugby Announces 2025-26 Fall Schedule

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point Women's Rugby and first-year head coach Jenn Salomon-Clayton announced the team's fall slate of matches for the 2025-26 season on Thursday afternoon. The team will compete in nine regular season matches from August through October.
The Black Knights will kick things off on the road versus Lindenwood on Aug. 30 before opening its home slate on Sept. 6 with a match against LIU at the Anderson Rugby Complex. The squad will travel to Annapolis, Md., where they will face off against Queens (N.C.) in a neutral site match on Sept. 13.
Army will remain home for the remainder of September with contests against Harvard on Sept. 20 and Brown on Sept. 27. The game against Harvard will be a rematch of the semifinals of the National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) 15s Championships last season, in which the Crimson came away with a 26-19 victory. Kickoff for the highly anticipated rematch is scheduled for 7 p.m.
Army's fall slate rolls on in October as it travels to Sacred Hart on Oct. 3. The Black Knights will return to Anderson for its Senior Day match against Davenport on Oct. 11 with the match scheduled for 7 p.m.
The team will take a one match pause from NIRA play as it heads to La Salle for a non-conference matchup on Oct. 18.
The regular season comes to a close on Oct. 25, as Navy travels to West Point for the third annual Star Match as part of the ongoing Army-Navy Star Series presented by USAA. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m.
