Gymnastics’ Blank Earned ECAC Co-Gymnast of the Week

DANBURY, Conn. – Army West Point Gymnastics junior Jaden Blank earned Co-Gymnastic of the Week as announced by the ECAC on Tuesday afternoon. Blank collected his first two individual events of his Army career in the Star Meet last Saturday in Annapolis, Md.

Blank joins senior Maddox Pabellon as the two Black Knights to earn ECAC weekly recognition this season so far. Blank competed in five of six events for the Black Knights against Navy and collected a 13.850 on the vault which was new career high and the event title. In the Parallel Bars, the junior secured his second event title with a 12.950, a new season high. Jaden also recorded a season high on FX with a 13.000 and stuck 3/5 of his dismounts.

Blank and his teammates will be back in action this weekend in Fort Worth, Texas on Feb. 13 at the All-Academy Championships.
