Morrow Collects Multiple ECAC Weekly Awards

DANBURY, Conn. – Army West Point gymnastics freshman Thomas Morrow earned multiple ECAC weekly awards after a career weekend against Simpson, as announced by the conference on Tuesday afternoon. Morrow earned ECAC Rookie of the Week as well as ECAC Co-Routine of the Week.

For Morrow, these mark the first weekly awards of his collegiate career. On Saturday afternoon, the freshman earned his first collegiate event title earning a 13.700 score on the Floor Exercise.
The Floor Exercise specialist secured an execution score of 9.200 and stuck a double pike dismount earning a career high in the discipline.

Morrow and his teammates will be back in action this weekend on Feb. 28 in a tri-meet against Ohio State and Wiliam & Mary in Columbus, Ohio. First Touch is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET.
