Ryan Starace enters his fourth season on the Army West Point coaching staff in 2026, serving in his first year as the program's Tight Ends Coach following his promotion by head coach Jeff Monken.
Before his elevation to Tight Ends coach, Starace spent the 2025 season as the program’s offensive quality control coach. He originally arrived at West Point in 2023 as a graduate part-time assistant, working primarily with the defensive unit before transitioning to the offensive side of the ball for the 2025 campaign.
Prior to his time with the Black Knights, Starace spent the 2022 season as a quality control coach at Monmouth University. He began his collegiate coaching career as a graduate assistant at St. Lawrence University from 2020 to 2021.
A former standout student-athlete, Starace was an offensive lineman at Susquehanna University from 2015 to 2018, serving as a team captain during his senior season. In 2018, he anchored a rushing attack that ranked third in yards per carry in the Centennial Conference.
He graduated from Susquehanna in 2019 with a degree in business administration.
