Prior to West Point: On rifle team all four years at Robinson Secondary … senior year turned in team’s top scores in air rifle (576) and smallbore (566) at the Junior Olympic Qualifier en route to earning the silver medal in both at the state tournament … letterman and two-time team captain … helped team claim regional and state championships all four years … three-time first team all-metro selection in air rifle and twice chosen for similar honors in smallbore … member of National Honor Society and National Science Honor Society … major is undeclared.
