She joined the Army West Point softball staff as an assistant coach in the summer of 2019.
In her third season as head coach in 2025, the Black Knights finished 35-22 overall with a 16-2 conference record. The sixteen wins in conference wins set a program record for most Patriot League wins in a season. Army also finished the season as the Patriot League regular season champion, claiming the title outright for the first time since 2010.
Junior Ashton White was named Patriot League Player of the Year, while Consaul was named Coach of the Year.
A program record nine Black Knights were named to a Patriot League All-League Team, with three being named to the First Team (Ashton White, Taylor Brown and Katelyn Flanders) and six being named to the Second Team (Annie Christiana, Sienna Tepley, Caitlyn Newburn, Emma Murchison, Maaika Dones and Breanna Izzo).
The Black Knights finish the Patriot League Championship as the runner-up, earning two wins against the No. 4 seed Bucknell Bison and two losses against the No. 2 seed Boston University. Ashton White, Taylor Brown and Breanna Izzo were named to the 2025 Patriot League Softball All-Tournament Team for their performances in the tournament.
Ashton White also earned All-ECAC team honors and a spot on the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Northeast First Team. Katelyn Flanders was a College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Finalist, as well as was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.
The Black Knights finished 2024, Consaul's second season at the helm, with a 14-39 overall record and 9-9 Patriot League record, allowing Army to make an appearance as the No. 4 seed in the Patriot League Tournament.
Senior Kayla Edwards and sophomore Ashton White both received Patriot League postseason honors, both being named to the All-League First Team. The two were also named to the NFCA All-Region teams, with Kayla Edwards being named to the Northeast First Team and Ashton White receiving Northeast Second Team honors.
Consaul's team was headlined by INF Angelina Bebek, a first-team All-Patriot League selection, who led the team with a .306 batting average, 52 hits, and nine doubles. Freshman INF Taylor Brown, OF Kayla Edwards and OF Brook Mitchell earned spots on the second team.
In her former role as an assistant, Consaul works primarily with the team's pitching staff. Under her guidance, Jolie Duong collected Second Team All-Patriot League honors at the end of the 2021 campaign. Duong led the team with a 9-2 record and struck out 50 batters en route to posting a 2.69 ERA. Consaul's staff finished the 2021 slate with a 3.96 ERA and held opponents to .249 in the box, the lowest opposing team batting average since the 2016 season (.241).
Consaul arrived at West Point after spending three seasons at UNC Charlotte, where she oversaw all aspects of the pitching staff. There she mentored Haley Wiseman, who earned All-Conference USA Second team nods in 2017 and 2018. In her first season with the program, the team posted 30 wins.
Prior to her appointment at UNC Charlotte, Consaul served as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Canisius, for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. Serving as the pitching coach, she mentored 2015 MAAC Rookie of the Year Erika Mackie, who went 14-7 and threw 15 complete games. Additionally, with her guidance the Golden Griffins were crowned the 2015 regular season MAAC champions.
In her collegiate playing career with Canisius, Consaul made 86 starts as a part of 126 total appearances in the circle from 2011-14. Her 126 career appearances along with her 637.2 career innings pitched rank first all-time in school history. An All-MAAC Second Team selection her senior year, Consaul had a career record of 48-44 with a 2.68 earned run average and registered 364 strikeouts.
