Why West Point?: “I chose West Point because I wanted to challenge myself academically, physically, and mentally while becoming a better leader and person. West Point gives me the opportunity to serve my country, be part of something bigger than myself, and surround myself with people who push me to improve every day. As an athlete, I also wanted to continue playing rugby at a competitive level while preparing for a future career as an Army officer. I knew West Point would not be easy, but I wanted to take advantage of the opportunities it offers and become the best version of myself.”
