Andy Pham serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for Army West Point.
Pham enters his role with two years of experience in the sports medicine industry. He arrived at West Point in 2026 following a stint as an Assistant Athletic Trainer with the West Virginia University football program.
A native of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Pham completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning his Bachelor of Science degree. He then completed his post-graduate education at Jacksonville State University, where he earned a Master of Science in Education (MSE) degree.
During his professional preparation, Pham was honored nationally as a Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society (PFATS) Ethnic Minority Scholarship recipient.
Pham is a highly trained clinician with specialized certifications in advanced movement and therapeutic techniques. He is a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) and a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). His technical skill set includes certifications in Structure & Function Dry Needling, as well as Level 2 certifications in both the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
He maintains active professional memberships in both the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) and the New York State Athletic Trainers' Association (NYSATA).
