Women’s Rugby Announces 2025 Sevens Schedule

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point women's Rugby unveiled its 2025 spring sevens schedule on Thursday. The Black Knights will compete in four tournaments with one head-to-head game this spring.

"The team has been working very hard this spring. We've been laying the groundwork with intensity both on and off the field but now comes the rewarding part - competition time," said Interim Penny Anderson Women's Rugby Head Coach Jenn Salomon-Clayton. "I'm excited to see this talented group express themselves."

The Black Knights will open their 2025 sevens season at the Crimson 7s tournament at Harvard on March 29^th in Boston, Mass. before heading to West Haven, Conn. to compete in the Chargers 7s tournament that the New Haven Chargers will host on April 6^th.

Army will then return to West Point, N.Y. to take on the LIU Sharks in a 15s match on April 12^th.

The Black Knights will turn their attention to the College Rugby Championship (CRC) 7s next, set for April 26-27^th in Boyd, Mass. before wrapping up their spring slate with the College Rugby Association of America (CRAA) 7s in Indianapolis, Ind. over May 2-4^th.
