2016-17: Went 5-5 in his senior campaign with an 0-1 mark in duals … earned one pin … battled eventual All-American Nick Nevills of Penn State in a dual (11/11) … placed fourth at the New York State Championships (11/20) … went 4-2 at the tournament … earned a pin over Victor Raigoza of the Merchant Marine Academy to earn a berth in the third-place match.
2015-16: Wrestled to an 11-10 overall record at 285 pounds … went 1-4 in dual meets … recorded two technical falls and one pin … competed at Binghamton’s Bearcat Open (11/ 8) … went 3-2 at the event … wrestled against national runner-up Nick Gwiazdowski of N.C. State at Northeast Duals (11/15) … finished as runner-up at N.Y. State “B” Championships (11/22) … pinned RIT’s Kelsey Patten at 2:55 in the opening match … fell to Cole Tristam in the championship bout … competed at the Nittany Lion Open (12/4) … earned a 5-3 sudden victory over Connor Calkins of Binghamton to clinch the dual meet victory in the final match (1/10) … placed third at the All-Academy Championships (1/30) … took down Navy’s Nick Mabry in sudden victory, 4-2, in the consolation semifinals … defeated VMI’s Urayoan Garcia, 5-3, in the third-place match.
