Allison Sicbaldi serves as the Director of Compliance at Army West Point, a role she assumed in May 2025.
Sicbaldi brings extensive experience in NCAA compliance, most recently serving as the Coordinator for Compliance and Student-Athlete Services at Bucknell University. While at Bucknell, she oversaw initial and continuing eligibility, recruiting regulations, and daily compliance operations for 27 varsity programs. She also managed the school’s National Letter of Intent and Name, Image, and Likeness programs.
Before her time at Bucknell, Sicbaldi worked at Jacksonville University as a Compliance Coordinator. She is a member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance.
A graduate of Quinnipiac University, Sicbaldi earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications. She later completed a dual Master’s program at Jacksonville University, earning degrees in Business Administration and Sports Management.
She currently resides in Trumbull, Connecticut.
