Jeff Douglas joined Army West Point Athletics as Assistant Director, Army A Club in March, 2026.

Jeff is a Mendham, NJ native who graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. During his tenure at Ursinus College, he was a captain of the men's lacrosse team and worked within the Athletic Communication department assisting with gameday broadcast operations. After graduation, Jeff received his Masters of Science in Sports Administration from Canisius University in Buffalo, New York.

Upon graduation, he worked as a Sales Associate for the New Jersey Devils of the NHL where he sold ticket packages ranging from group outings to full season memberships.
