Justin Holliday joined the Army West Point Athletic Association, Inc. in July 2026 and currently serves as Director, Business Office, Accountant, overseeing core financial operations that support the department’s mission of developing leaders of character through sport. In this role, Holliday manages accounts payable, purchase orders, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and corporate card activity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all business office functions.
He leads the review and maintenance of accounting codes and transactional data while supporting the integration of Ramp activity with the department’s general ledger. Holliday also performs account reconciliations, cash activity reviews, journal entries, and month-end close procedures to ensure precise and reliable financial reporting. His responsibilities extend to accounts receivable operations, including customer account management, cash receipts, ACH documentation, and daily bank reconciliations.
Before arriving at West Point, Holliday served as Accounting Assistant II with Rutgers Intercollegiate Athletics from 2024–26, where he managed daily general accounting and Procure-to-Pay operations, administered large blanket purchase orders totaling more than $500,000, and acted as the primary liaison for Athletic Facilities, Events, and Operations. He oversaw game contract administration, prepared budget and financial reports for gameday operations and external events, and onboarded new suppliers through the PaymentWorks vendor management system.
Holliday previously worked in athletic operations at Boston University Athletics, serving as event manager for multiple varsity programs and supporting facility operations, event logistics, crowd control, and student-staff supervision. He began his athletics career at Rutgers as a Student Assistant, contributing to game day operations for 24 varsity sports, supporting NCAA and Big Ten postseason events, coordinating facility improvement projects, and supervising a team of 10+ interns.
A native of New Jersey, Holliday earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Rutgers School of Arts and Sciences and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Accounting at Rutgers Business School. He is proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Oracle Cloud Expense Management, EPBCS, Tableau, JAGGAER, and PaymentWorks, and is certified in FMS Fundamentals. He is conversational in American Sign Language (ASL) and German.
